If you don't believe me, check out this family tree of Aeneas (a hero from the Trojan side) and just take a look at how many generations there are between him and Romulus! Is my life story interesting or not
Is my life story interesting? or not
So I'm 39 years old. Married with 5 kids. 2 are stepkids, one we had together and the other two we adopted together. When I was 15 I got pregnant and had a beautiful baby boy called Jeremie. I loved him sooo much it hurt but i couldn't keep him so I gave him up. I still see him from time to time. He's 24 now, married to a woman called Wanda, they have a little 2 year old boy called Nicklaus. I didn't go to college, instead I got a job as a nanny and I worked in that profession, traveling to many places, until I worked for a family in italy. There, I met my husband, Dion, he was Greek and we fell madly in love. I was 25, he was 30. He already had two kids and was a widower. His wife had died in childbirth with their second child because they came from a breathtakingly poor Greek village and she never got to a hospital. So he had his 2 kids, Alena, who at the time was 4 and Lacy who was 3. We wed 2 years later, when I was 27. The girls were my junior bridesmaids. we moved to Montreal and lived there for 5 years, until I was 32. By that time we had our son, Iain. He was a wonderful, cheery little boy. He was born when I was 30. We moved to Washington state and we still live there. When I was 37 my sister was in a car crash. We got custody of her twin girls, Roxana and Tana. They are now 3. We adopted them and love them dearly. I work part time as a waitress and my husband is a mechanic. Alena is now 18 and she's in college. Lacy got pregnant at 15 like me, but unlike my parents we were very supportive and now she has a beautiful two year old girl called Marielle. They have their own apartment and Lacy goes to a high school that allows her to bring Marielle. She'll graduate in November; she plans to go to college and eventually become a registered nurse. sso what do you think? interesting or not? And yes I know it's weird that both Jeremie and Lacy have 2 year olds and I have 2 three year olds. Interesting yes but I don't think you need to turn it into a novel.

I believe there is wisdom in the events in your life, and that they offer available realistic alternatives for young teens to consider when making choices. I believe that you should offer to speak to young girls. And to young males too. Stress reproductive responsibility. No glove no love. However, I do not see it as a manuscript that a publisher will be interested in.

I was admiring you so much for having the wisdom at such a young age that your baby needed a home you couldn't provide. I applaud you for making sure Jeremie had a family with two parents. Also adopting your nieces was quite heroic. So you can see how my heart sank to read that you did not want the same stability for your grandchild. Of course it was not your choice, it was Lacy's, but it's still sad when a baby is robbed of a father. Overall, good life story. So sorry to hear about Dion's first wife. I'm sure you have made him very happy.

.....my uncle that I mentioned in my previous question, has a serious problem. He hears voices in his head that tell him to go to Kaaba, it seems as if he is attacked by magic or something..(sounds like lie and just fantasy but true)...he just starts fighting and says every mean thing he can to hurt. He thinks we are not Muslims and decievers that decieve every one, just starts going, doesn't want any hurdle in his way to Kaaba. We can see this is no normal thing that a real Muslim does, in love of near relation with Allah. Once in a trip to Danamrk he lost his passport and didn't want to cantact anyone. Just said he wanted to go to Kaaba even without any pepper evidences that showed he is not suspected. He got caught in Italy and was admitted in the mental hospital, after a month when we came to know, it was a nurse from the hospital that had called.

He needs diagnosis by a doctor. Some type of mental illness, either induced by conditions in his life (possibly in his childhood), and/or genetic. Voices are a sign of schizophrenia, but they are not always that. Could be severe post traumatic stress disorder, other possibilities.

this sounds like paranoid schizophrenia. My sister in law has this condition. It is manageable by medication. Look it up, bring some evidence to your mom and see if she can't get him to a doctor. It is very important for him to get help, because it is progressive, meaning it will get worse and worse. And it does make life hard, my brother is going through hell. Finally, because it can often be genetic, you, your siblings and your mom should all be tested (eventually) for any imbalances. It doesn't mean you (or even your uncle) is crazy, but the body doesn't have enough of one thing, or has too much, and once it has the right amount, the person will be back to normal. Inshallah your uncle will get help.

He was caught in Italy according to your statements. It's quite regretted that nobody gave response to your uncle suggestion for going to Mecca to see Ka'aba. My answer is that, "MAYBE", your uncle get Al-Mighty God Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala Favour to convert to Muslim and visit Ka'aba. Maybe he's not mad. Because nobody responded, he keep on traveling on his wish, lost his traveling documents and being caught and accused as madman. this sounds like paranoid schizophrenia. My sister in law has this condition. It is manageable by medication. Look it up, bring some evidence to your mom and see if she can't get him to a doctor. It is very important for him to get help, because it is progressive, meaning it will get worse and worse. And it does make life hard, my brother is going through hell. Finally, because it can often be genetic, you, your siblings and your mom should all be tested (eventually) for any imbalances. It doesn't mean you (or even your uncle) is crazy, but the body doesn't have enough of one thing, or has too much, and once it has the right amount, the person will be back to normal. Inshallah your uncle will get help.

Maybe Allah's favour to him to be Muslim. Unfortunately nobody converted him to Muslim and care for him in helping him to Mecca. As l see he have monies for traveling. He was caught in Italy according to your statements. It's quite regretted that nobody gave response to your uncle suggestion for going to Mecca to see Ka'aba. My answer is that, "MAYBE", your uncle get Al-Mighty God Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala Favour to convert to Muslim and visit Ka'aba. Maybe he's not mad. Because nobody responded, he keep on traveling on his wish, lost his traveling documents and being caught and accused as madman. I want work in a hospital abroad, what qualifications would I need
I want work in a hospital abroad, what qualifications would I need?
I am thinking of becoming a nurse and hopefully once I have got all my qualifications I could move to either Italy or spain (I'm half Italian, half Spanish so I can speak both languages fluently and have large family who I could stay with) and do work there. So, to do this what qualifications would I need? Would I have to go to uni? And do what course? For how long?? Please answer as many of my questions as possible. Thanks in advance, Lucia

Hi Lucia, Just from asking myself you would need to attend collage or a school for 15 mths. for LPN classes. RN would be 4 yrs. instead of 2 yrs. or 15mths. for LPNs. Some Vocational schools have the courses you would take and credits. Just call some schools to find out, You have access to internet T.V. they advertise as well, the schools. I.T.T. Tech is a school, Penn Foster another. Associate degree and nursing license and pass a state board cert. test. I have a friend who is an L.P.N.

It really depends upon the exact qualification that you receive. Some are recognised internationally, whilst others will require Validating in the country that you wish to work in before you can practice there. Sometimes you are also required to work in the country of qualification for a given period before you can do this.
